Colors

• Color is only what different energy levels look like to our eyes. It is an expression of different types of energy and can be used to balance our own energies. Keeping that in mind, remember that there is a vast array of colors. Here are only a few:


Black candles may also be burned to ban negativity, in working with that which is hidden and in need of being revealed, in meditations on major life changes, and in connecting with Mother energy.

Here are just a few of the purposes of other colors: (depending on your monitor, colors below may vary)

Purple – psychic development, personal power, spirituality, prosperity, connection with spirit world, success.

Green – growth, fertility/productivity, financial prosperity, earth connection, rejuvenation, success.

Dark Green -- use against greed and overly ambitious influences

Bright Green -- attracts love, social status, and fertility

Orange – energy, growth, drawing toward (as in drawing wealth toward you in ritual)

Blue -- spirituality, wisdom, peace, harmony, well-being.

Light Blue – serenity, peace, stress reduction, meditations.

Dark Blue – prophetic dreams, need for laughter, increase of something.

Red – courage, love/passion, Father energy, health, strength.

Gray -- meditation, neutralizer, creates confusion.

Pink – romantic love, friendship, hope, rest, relief from stress.

Gold – God, sun/masculine energy, prosperity.

Indigo -- deep meditations, stops situations (such as gossip)

Brown – finding lost things, sometimes earth energy, concentration and study, prosperity, decision-making, balance.

Magenta - high frequency candle, draws intense spiritual power for fast action, promotes spiritual healing.
